Rescue Kit 11 does not recognize all drives

There are 4 drives in my system and Rescue Kit only recognizes two of them. The missing ones are an external SATA drive and an internal SATA SSD.
Can this be fixed?

You would first need to clarify which version of the Rescue kit you are using as well as which recovery media. If you are using the Linux recovery based CD, then there is nothing you can do. If you are using the WinPE based, that is a customizable media.
