Default Security Toolbar 7.1

I have picked up Security Toolbar 7.1 and want to get rid of it and I am not sure how to do so. I could use some help.

Dave

Start by:
- disable i-net connection
- uninstall it from Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs

As far as I can remember this is related to Smithfraud/Zlob variant spyware . You'll need further help to completely remove it and its "friends" so I would suggest you post in a forum which provides malware cleaning services (unfortunately Wilders no longer gives such) . I personaly fancy Aumha forums for such things .

Good luck !

I want to thank everyone for the help. I spent the afternoon trying to cure the problem and in the end I just did the "Restore" thing and it worked. Now I need to see how to get rid of the current date in restore!

Thanks all.
