Default TR/Dldr.Small.23

My Antivir found this on my computer today but apparantly does not repair or delete achive files. This was found in my c\pmail\mail folder. Microsoft Malicious Software Removal System doesnt work with WIN98SE whichis what I have.
Can anyone tell me how to find this file PIQCQY03.CNM...MS05-039.exe and delete or repair it. Bear in mind things have to be SIMPLE 101 for me to follow the instructions. Would appreciate any help. Couldnt find any help on the Antivir site either but it may have been there and I jsut didnt know where to look.

Hi,

Did u try any free online scans?

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/

U also might try downloading 1 or both of these A/T apps,

Here are the links,

http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/

They both have free versions.
