Hello
I have a real static IP Address for my LAN network card. Eset Smart Security 4.2.35.0 installed. I am running apache http server and I want to access it only from my computer, but not someone to access my local site from internet (whole internet, not specific IPs from internet). Here is config window of Zones http://img355.imageshack.us/img355/7097/eset.png I suppose that I have to add a zone - something like Internet Zone or Untrusted Zone , and after that to assign deny access for apache for that Untrusted Zone. How to create Untrusted zone? This zone must have all the IPs from inet, except my localhost. Thank you! |

IP addresses / subnets outside the TZ / Automatically authenticated zones are deemed untrusted.

Here is the screen: http://img96.imageshack.us/img96/5771/esetinbound.png I want to deny access to Apache on port 80 from all IPs except localhost. How to configure Eset Smart Security Which are the steps?Thank you! |

Create a rule that will block the local port 80 and another rule with IP addresses / subnets that will be allowed to connect on the port 80. Since a rule with IP addresses / subnets is more general, it will override the blocking rule whilst access from the other addresses will be blocked.
