I've resolved the issue with my computer. Last Thursday, I upgraded and immediately ran Privazer while my Windows 8 was also in the process of updating itself. The Windows updates interfered with Privazer's command to shut down the computer; therefore, my computer hasn't been turned off since May 16. In addition, new Windows updates also did not allow (?) me to run Privazer.exe This morning, I turned off and restarted my computer. As soon as my computer properly updated itself, all my problems were gone. No problems with Privazer, just a regular life with Windows 8 OS. |
