UimBus and Uim_IM

I have in my event viewer the following the following drivers failed to start UimBus and Uim_IM and from what I've read they belonged to Paragon. I had it installed once and removed it. Is this left overs and if so how do I fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm using Windows 7Pro 64 bit.

Check in Device Manager and uninstall it from there .

It's not in device manager. It doesn't show under view hidden devices. I installed the tweak that shows devices that aren't being used when you show hidden devices. I sent a support ticket off to Paragon.
