Default RA information lost on 400 computer

Hello, we are using RA Console(v4.0.138 ) and managing around 500 computers(v4.2.71/64).
Before 12 days all clients lost their information about the RA. Checked 10+ computers and they they don't have check mark on "Connect to RAS" and the field with the server address was blank.
Did anyone else got similar issue recently?
We tried to create a registry fix, but we are not able to apply it when the antivirus is active.
Also found a article that is possible to import the xml file with configuration from RA console, is it there a way that we can import it with script?
Any ideas how to resolve this issue will be appreciated, don't really want to uninstall/re-install 400 clients for something so simple.

As long as Self-defense is enabled, there's no other way to change reporting to ERAS than reinstalling the product while using a correct configuration. I wonder what was exactly done when the setting for reporting to ERAS changed as the Configuration editor warns you if you attempt to change the setting.
