Is TrustPort still supported

Hello, I recently realized that all emails I was sending to TrustPort was bouncing back. I was using How to Report Malware or False Positives to Multiple Antivirus Vendors.

I then realized that their forum is shut down. See here.

I then tried to contact them at:
sales@trustport.com, support@trustport.com, and info@trustport.com (as seen on their support page) and all of them were bounced back too.

Does anyone know what's going on with TrustPort? Is the company shutting down, or undergoing maintenance, or what? Whatever is going on I'm forced to, at least temporarily, remove their email address from my article as its not working.

If anyone could let me know what's going on I'd really appreciate it.

anyone knows if there is a removal tool for TP because there is a security center of the AV that does not want to go off my laptop.... i have tried zsoft revo and AC to remove but it still remains there

I just tried sending them an email from another email address and it looks like it went through. I wonder if they put a block for my other email address because I sent them too many emails.
