NOD32 Antivirus 4 for Mac

I have installed and I am running NOD32 Antivirus 4 for Mac. Question is it is fairly easy to see that it works on Windows, how can we tell that it actually works on the Mac?

You could attempt to download the EICAR test file, a harmless text file that anti-malware companies have agreed to detect as a virus, strictly for the purpose of allowing people to test their software installations.
