Default Seems have a conflict with openvpn 2.2.2

Eset smart security 5.2.9.12
Openvpn 2.2.2
Win7 Sp1

After openvpn start connect for a while,it will become BSOD.
Minidump is in attachment.Please remove .log ext manualy.
After cancel Epfw NDIS Lightweight Filter in connection properties,BSOD never come.
