There's a very good reason Mr. Alito took no part in the matter, he didn't have a chance in hell of being listened to in that group sadly. That's about how things are at the moment. Those who can see past the wool being pulled over their eyes and calling "BS" on issues such as this are vastly outnumbered.

Not true necessarily. He did not own stocks as of last year, which was the latest information available. Nor was he involved in the previous case. Thus far, there is no official explanation as to why he sat it out. http://www.wral.com/supreme-court-no...ssue/11656289/
