ERAC Threat Log (reocurring)

Today I checked ERAC and saw a threat that got re-reported, the original date occurred is listed as "2 months ago". Why would ERAS/ERAC re-report a threat that's been taken care of/removed for two months all of the sudden?

I've seen this happen a couple of times and kind of let it go before but it's annoying all the same.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I cleared all "last info".
