Hahaha...for some reason it took me a few seconds to realize what this article's title is talking about.
I thought you were trying to post an article insinuating that Obama is scamming people and then you said "no politically charged comments"...I was like yeah right lol. Now I get it. It's a scam based on tricking people into thinking they qualify for Obama's programs.

I don't remember where I saw it, was a while back, a guy made up some scripts for use against pharmaceutical scam sites. It filled in their "order blanks" with random data formatted to fit the page. It would submit dozens of bogus orders every hour or more. Wonder if something like that would be effective here. They want account data? Make them sort thru piles of garbage data to get it.
