Default Data Partition wrongly "split" into 2: "File Structure" and "Unformatted" Drives

I was perfoming an operation on my 70+GB DATA drive [E:\]...and it came out as split in two - one wrongly Labelled F:\ and containing all the "File/Directory Structure" (1.2GB) and the other showing up as a "red" Unformatted Drive [E:\] (70GB).

I am quite certain BOTH belong together as the one [E:\] Partition. But neither is now accessible.

What can I do to resolve this impasse?

Thanks Much!
