NOD32 Blocking our website. %blocked_comment%

Hello,
We are an engineering firm with a pretty standard website that has been blocked by NOD32 and we don't know why.

I submitted the website to several web security checks and it always came out negative.

Here is the message we receive when on the website :

Access to the web page was blocked by ESET NOD32 Antivirus. %blocked_comment%

What can I do to know the reason why we are blocked ?
How can I remove the site from the blacklist ?
