Default HiJack Blaster

Hello,

Not quite sure which section this should go in. I downloaded HiJack Blaster (version 1.0) to protect the system. However, if I am downloading for a long time, it keeps resetting my IE start page to none and then I cannot start IE (version 6.0.2800.xpsp2.030422-1633) in the normal way. I have to click on a link and go from there. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to fix it. My preferred start page is about: blank

Thanks in advance!

Hi Nikhto

Welcome to wilders!

This link will help u. http://www.wilderssecurity.net/bhblaster.html

It basically tells u, u should use new SPYWAREGUARD 2.2 instead of hijack blaster. It gives u more protection. They both are developed by JAVACOOL. This is what i use, it is much better.

Hope this helps
