Acronis Image of WIN2K Server

We are using Acronis True Image 9.1 (with universal restore) to image a WIN2K app server and then restore to a new Dell server. The backup and restore processes both complete successfully, no errors logged. After the restore completes we attempt to login to the new Dell server using the restored image but are not able to login. For instance at the console we enter a valid username/password (tried both domain and local) hit enter, Windows begins to login and then after about 20 seconds the login prompt comes back, no error messages. We have tried multiple accounts and are positive that the issue is not related to invalid user or pass.

Has anyone come across this issue before?
