"Failed to read firewall configuration"

Several of us have had this occurring for a very long time. Restart, reinstall, deleting all dir/files has not fixed problem, nor has beta with new modules. My problem occurs only on my signature test drone, a Win2K, but others have had it on newer OS's. My experence tends to conclude it is a false error, but it should be solved by now.

What say all of you about this?
