Instant Messaging Log

When are you bringing back the log's tab with the instant messaging (ICQ, Yahoo, MSN etc.) to the newest version? Do you have a good eta on its return? My company is patiently using 6.9 until it's brought back.

Thanks for your patience. The latest news of IM monitoring is that it has been already in the last stage of development, which will be released in the next version soon. Also I'd like to take this chance to show you some preview screenshots.

I just don't understand how an earlier version can have it, then we upgrade to the latest and greatest and then lose that feature?

That's why we are getting it back.

Well, I cannot tell the exact date because without developing this part there are some bugs to be fixed together.

OK, don't tell everybody loudly, if things are going smoothly, I think it would be at the end of THIS month.

Hey, guys, sorry for keeping you waiting! We got ahead of the time, the new version, Capsa 7.2 with IM monitor is released already! Also, new version is able to save the captured emails to files.

Is ICQ supported with this release? That's what my company uses.

ICQ is not supported in this version . Just MSN and Yahoo Messenger!

Can you give an ETA on adding ICQ to the latest version? I am still not using the latest version because of this. It was in your original product, I would think getting in included in the new version would be a priority.

Is there plans for this? I am still on 6.9 yet paid to get the newer version. It's a feature you took away. It is one of the main reasons we have your software yet I can't keep current with the latest version.

It seems I have wasted my money and should have just stuck with the old version.

Colasoft Support, I'm using the free edition of Colasoft Capsa, but i have an issue for MSN logs.

Some messages logged well without any problem but some of them are seems as attached.

Can you please check the attached screen shot and advise for a solution.

Maybe some bug regarding codepage, but its not same for all,
some messages seems good but some buggy like this.
