I would use RVS 2011 v3.2.12918.5857-REL14 on IdeaPad Y580 (win7 64bit). The installprocess and the registration worked fine. But after the restart I will ever get an error. The returnil service is not online. At win-services I see an 1067 error.
I try custom and recommended installations (more than one). All times the same error. Please help... I used RVS 2010 on my old Laptop (Acer 5920G) and everything works fine. |

![]() Check your C:\ProgramData\Returnil\RVS3\Log directory and see if you have an rvs3.log file. Does the file exist? Mike |

Ok - have the file. I removed it from the post however for privacy and to keep from filling up the forums database with this type of material.
