Default Safeonline

Today, I purchased Prevx 3.0 and downloaded it to my desk top. I entered the licensing code and then did a security scan. Everything was up and running. However, when I went to get back into internet explorer, I received an error message box, stating there was a problem with the program (I can't get on to internet explorer). I called Dell-on-call and the technician fixed the problem by turning off "Safeonline Browser Security" in Prevx 3.0. How can I use this feature, without it locking me out of internet explorer? Can anyone please help?

Thank you,

wlocke

Hello,
Could you please create a scan log by clicking Tools > Save Scan Results within Prevx and send this log to report@prevxresearch.com ? We will investigate it to see what could be going wrong.

Let me know if you have any questions!
