Can this update be installed on top of 3.0.621 or should .621 be uninstalled first?

Do Blackspear's settings for 3.0.621 work fine with this update?

Yes it can be installed on top but I think a clean install is always best.

When I installed it "over" the version .621, it had a checkmark in the setup that asked if I wanted to keep my original settings. I think on doing 2 different machines updates from .621 to .642, that it went very smooth as is. Perhaps the checkmark is there for the reason of simply updating the current version to new and keeping settings as is.
