Default Stopping Ewido from Starting with windows....

I have shut down Ewido and removed the check mark from the resident shield option in the submenu along with the start with windows area and still it is loading guard.exe with windows.

How can you stop it from loading at all and to only load when I want to scan?

I don't need it running all the time seeing it does slow internet surfing.

Guard.exe runs as a service, so you would need to click Start/Run and enter services.msc, click OK and disable it from there.

Fabulous!

Now I can take advantage of this great program.

Grisoft will be big soon, tell me when they go public and I will buy.
