Default ATI Home 2009: Cannot restore from SD Card

I am running ATI Home 2009 on a Dell Mini 9 laptop (32GB SSD hard drive and 8GB SD card). When I boot to ATI Startup Recovery Manager, my SD card is not recognized. I am running Windows XP on this machine; ATI Home version 12.0.9709.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Mike

Contact Tech Support to get an iso that you can burn to CD to make anew boot disk that has a driver that handles your hardware. You'll probably have to send them some data. They'll give you instructions. Chat is supposedly the fastest way to get help from Tech.
