Eset 3.0, Gigabyte energy saver

Hello all
I have issue with Gigabyte dynamic energy saver application, closing down
ESET process after resuming from hibernation. Clean install of Vista 64 bit home premium. I have e-mailed both Gigabyte and Eset. Gigabyte states to
disable 3rd party software app. UH no. Have not heard from Eset.
I can reopen both programs and they are both working together.
Anybody else having a issue with these two ?
