Trying to install the NoD32 AV v4

Get the error ESET NOD32 ANTIVIRUS SETUP WIZARD ENDED PREMATURELY

Tried installing as Domain Admin

The machine is WinXP SP3

Has no AV present prior to install

Emailed Eset Australian support with the logs and got a copy/paste response asking me to try the Windows 7/Vista fix from Craig Douglas.

I then emailed back saying this is no good, its XP

He then emailed back saying it doesnt matter

I then emailed back saying, read your own web page, as it clearly states its only a fix for 7 or Vista (http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page...nt&id=SOLN2861)

Have received no emails back

The phone lines in Australia seem to have no Que, It just keeps saying the line is busy

We are a reseller of NoD32 - and this is the 1st time I have ever had to use the support, and so far, its rubbish

Oh and your forum sucks, I can not upload the install.log because it exceeds 1mb and doesnt permit .zip files

In case of installation issues, it is necessary to provide an install log generated as per the instructions here. Setupapi.log is just a complementary log and may not be needed to troubleshoot the issue further.
