Update for FBI MoneyPak ransomware?

Hopefully you are working on an update to help prevent this new infection? This is the latest version...the one that asks for $200 to unlock (not the original $100 version).

So far nothing has been able to prevent it or remove it on my XP SP3 computer...not Spywareblaster, not Spybot, not Emsisoft Emergency Kit, not Malwarebytes and not MS Security Essentials (as if!).

I cleared it once, manually, only to be hit again 1 hour later. I still haven't found the offending registry items, so help with that would also be appreciated.
