It's worth noting that the Template_Firefox_Bookmarks_DirectAccess exclusions that are applied when the box is ticked only work if the Firefox profile hasn't been moved from its default location on the C: drive. If the Firefox profile has been relocated to another partition, the standard template can still be used as a guide, but the locations of the bookmark* and places* files have to be manually added to Resource Access->File Access->Direct Access or Sandboxie won't find them.

In Internet Explorer, to save Favorites, I tick "Allow Direct access to internet explorer favorites" (Applications>Web browsers>Internet Explorer). That setting is similar to the one for Firefox.
