According MS info Applocker rules prevail (take precedence) over SRP rules. So in my setup there are no Applocker rules for MSI's and DLL's so the SRP rules apply. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l...(v=ws.10).aspx

I actually am low on coffee. I don't know why, but when I read your post, I thought you were running both policies simultaneously, just for the sake of Basic User, which wouldn't make much sense, precisely because AppLocker takes precedence.
