Due to PC / Network difficulties that were to do with a lightening strike & subsequent problems that were resolved today with a new router etc. (it's complicated) I removed this PC from 'My Webroot' on a 3 PC license of Essentials & later reinstalled WSA to this PC which went without any problems & WSA appears to be protecting this PC fine & the keycode & time remaining of the license all show normally. The PC has not changed physically apart from a new network card & new external cable modem/router & rewire no changes were made.
However only two other PC's of mine are showing In My Webroot when I login & not this one. I installed WSA maybe 3 hours ago & usually by this time a PC does show & the third slot still says 'Add a PC'. I can login fine & the WSA code was accepted without any problems, do I just need to wait a while? ![]() |

Yes I see that now, the reason I did that was because I restored (imaged back) this PC back to a time when I different license was installed (last month) & since then I've purchased a new license & I thought there may be a possibility that would mess things up. You live & learn though (doh) Thanks anyway ~
