Unhappy Faild to sync. Server and Client to update

Hi all,

Can anyone help me!

I installed ESET Remote Administrator Console on Windows 2008 Server (64-bit), and its ADDC

and I tried to install ESET NOD32 Package on windows 7 Remotly, but the proccess faild !!

Then I installed ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.0 Business Edition (32-bit) on windows 7 which is part of the same domain. and I tried to configure the update server in both server & client with refer to ESET Tutorial. but it cannot contact the server to update, and it update from the interner.


I want to setup remote update server ASAP.


Please advice.

Try changing the ERAS service to run in the account of the domain admin instead of the local system account.
