Hi annieb,
Before you start please unzip hijackthis.exe to a folder of itīs own. The program creates backups in the folder it is in. In a Temp folder they easily disappear. Check the following items in HijackThis. Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked: O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://software-dl.real.com/30e9fd6b...p/RdxIE601.cab O16 - DPF: {92F02779-6D88-4958-8AD3-83C12A86ADC7} - file://C:\WINDOWS\system32\SearchBar\zpprf1sh.exe Then reboot. Can you tell us if the popups start when you connect to the internet or when you open the first IE window? Regards, Pieter

Thanks for your help Pieter. I went through and did the fix and rebooted. I have not been getting the popups, but they seemed to stop before I did the fix. The popups were starting though when I would open up the explorer window.
Is there anything else I need to do? Thanks! |

Not sure if anything else needs to be done. Nothing urgent anyway, so I think it would bebest if you let us know if and when they return.
Regards, Pieter
