Smart Security re install
I am not very computer saavy. I am a 2 year NOD32 user. I tried to update version 4 but a message said that the firewall failed to initialize and suggested a reinstall. I uninstalled MBAM and followed the instructions in the link supplied to my email address. I tried to install version 5 (strongly recommended) it stopped in "stopping services" stage. It stopped, and the message read Service"ESET SERVICE" (ekn) could not be stopped. verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services. I clicked on "try again" several times but got the same. I have no idea what this means and need HELP.
