I use LastPass add-on in firefox. So does keyscrambler protect keystrokes I enter in the LastPass interface when I click on the add-on?

Good question to ask, ams963.
I say you simply need to look for the KeyScrambler overlay window while entering data in the LastPass interface.

When I add or edit an entry in KeePass, the KeyScrambler overlay window is present, telling me it is working.

thank you ......I asked because I use the free lastpass add-on and want to use ks personal......and as I mentioned in the 1st post personal encrypts the browser entries but only pro and premium version encrypts lastpass and lastpass for applications......but as you said and showed.......personal must also encrypt lastpass add-on interface and probably falls under 'Everything you type in IE or Firefox is encrypted against known or unknown keyloggers: Browser Dialogs,'........that's a relief........

I happen to view this situation (entering new info or editing an existing entry) in password managers as a potential vulnerability... a weak link, if you will.
You've filled the protection gap with KeyScrambler.

KeePass's Autotype Two Channel Obfuscation can be used as well. The Secure Desktop log on for KeePass would protect it, I think.

I'm no expert, but I disagree.

Two-Channel Auto-Type Obfuscation works on Perform Auto-Type, not on adding or editing entries.

Secure Desktop, afaik, protects only during typing of the master key dialog.

But this thread is about KeyScrambler and LastPass, and so I am OT.

If you are using the Personal Edition, everything you type inside Firefox will be encrypted, including add-ons.

maybe......but I just wanted to find out if keyscrambler personal could encrypt keystrokes entered on the interface of the LassPass add-on in Firefox as the personal/free version only protects browser and the pro/premium versions protect password managers including LastPass and LastPass for Applications.

So whether or not KeePass can obfuscate is not what I was looking for really. I'm not trying to be rude here my friend but I don't want to use KeePass. Tried quite a few times and don't like it.

Btw, what version of KeyScrambler are you running?
I think I am way behind with 2.8.2, but I recall reading of some issues with 2.9.1 and beyond, and I have never tried to look into what these issues were.
I don't think I have even seen any changelogs for recent new versions.

I'm using latest version 2.9.1 I also had problems with this version. But when I tried yesterday the problem seemed to have gone. One inconvenience still persists though. The same old ks turned off until clicking on the tray icon and then on the firefox window.
