Hi everyone!
I I already had to install Returnil 2.0.0.5011 twice, because the virtual partition disappeared every time when some days had passed after installing. But this time some good movie stayed on it and I would like to reach them. Has anyone experienced this thing before? I give the 'R' drive letter to Returnil virtual partition, that shows the Total Commander. When I want to reach it, it says there isn't this drive. And there is no sign at all 'R' drive in computer managment/disk managment. My question: how can I reach my data? zlad (P.S.: sorry for my english.) |

Coldmoon, the support rep for Returnil, does drop by here every now and then but Returnil does have it's own dedicated forum where you may want to post your prob.

Hi zlad, 1) When you create the Virtual Partition did you receive any errors? 2) When you open the main program GUI, is the Virtual Partition mounted? If it is not mounted, mount the drive. Do you receive any error messages? If yes, what are they? 3) In the preferences, Virtual Partition tab, is the option to mount the Virtual Partition with Windows checked or unchecked? Mike |

As this topic is being discussed by zlad @ the Returnil Support Forum @ CastleCops and as requested by Coldmoon, we'll bring this thread to a close.
