Hi,
Am using Acronis TI v9 Build 2273 and have created Rescue Media and have a RAID1 Array and Acronis sees 2 Disks instead of the 1 Integrated RAID Drive. Have checked with TI v8 Build 937 and 903, and the same issue applies. The Motherboard is an Intel "Buckner" SE7221BK1-E which has embedded SATA with RAID Support - I believe it is an LSI Logic MegaRAID Controller. OS is Windows XP Pro SP2 I have reported a similar issue with an Adaptec AAR-1210 SATA RAID Controller which was fixed in one of the TI 8.0 Builds. |

Hello christra,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software. Acronis True Image 9.0 does support this controller. Please create sysinfo.txt file and send to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread (please see http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317 for the detailed instructions). We will certainly help you with the solution. Thank you. -- Irina Shirokova
