Wild Tangent and winamp plugins

last night i installed a version of winamp, and then went ahead and downloaded some plugins, i also download games. today i had a folder full of plugins and games and did no what was what, it wont happen again . because i dicided to start installing afew at a time.

i was installing what i thought were the plugins, then in the middle of an install i saw the words Wild Tangent. i stopped the install and shredded it (so now i dont know what it was)

ive done afew scans and all is clear

is there anything i should be looking for on my computer regarding Wild Tangent?

and is it not safe to download from winamp's site?

wow, thanks ron. i'll be more careful in future. though i might make an exception with that woman dancing on my desktop looks like a good one
