I would try to use (Win XP SP3) this small app but I was confused because of different ways - that I found in web - to creating shortcut. In this article
http://cybercoyote.org/security/drop.shtml we should do this by typing in the field "Start in" the path to the DMR but in this guide in the same box we should type the path to the restricted application http://www.techsupportalert.com/safe-surfing.php I think both ways correctly work - it means that after using both ways we have in shortcut properties the same result before restricting and after that We can find the difference in Process Explorer in "Lower Panel" - with typed path to the DMR and with path to restricted app And now the question - which method is proper?...in reality - which works correctly? - is it important to fix in box "Run" only to "Minimized" or it can be "Normal window"?

1. When I tested it a while back the "Start in" path was not important. You can do it both ways and you will get the same result (dropped rights of process). Only the "target" must be set right.
2. I always let it run in normal window. It really doesn't matter as DMR window shows only for a moment and then closes right after that.
