PixelPup Proxify

Did you know that Proxify is encrypted well it is did you also know there are many other sites popular sites like Proxify..

https://proxify.com/

Now bring up Duck Duck Go and type in (10 popular sites like Proxify)

https://www.duckduckgo.com/

You'll see at the top "must be popular" (10 popular sites like Proxify) a word of caution not all proxies can be trusted i found that out last week when i used a proxy from that site (10 popular sites like Proxify) I picked up the Babylon Toolbar. After that episode i thought it was a good time to activate the 14 day trial of Malwarebytes Pro, that's when i discovered where i had picked up that toolbar when Malwarebytes prevented me from loading that site not once but twice "flagged it as malicious" so i deleted the bookmark. Don't know if any of you use proxies i tried a few and learned a lesson, so I'm just passing it along..

PixelPup Re: Proxify

I've discovered something that may be the reason Proxify is encrypted in my browsers.. in Chrome its an extension called "Safe And Secure Browsing SSL Mode.. where you click on the icon to become encrypted..

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...ialpbpeimaemdp

In Firefox its an extension called https everywhere.. there's one for Chrome here but its still in Alpha..

https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere

I took it for granted Proxify was encrypted until i installed SRWare and found out it wasn't.. take nothing for granted
