Hi Steve,

It could be that your un and pw are not yet "propagated" into the Eset database.
I hope that someone from Eset will jump in very quickly to help you.

Nope, as i posted the download links on that page will not except my un or pw.

Trial must use a different download site i guess. I sent a ticket.

Have you tried the direct download link here from Eset download site: http://www.eset.com/us/download , and instead of copy and paste your username and password, try to write it in manually. There was a link above the subject in Eset database it might be useful, I hope : http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page...=1311253551017

Yes i have. It's a trial key and no matter how i insert it, it won't work. If i purchased it outright and went to that site i'm almost sure there would be no issues.

It's a new comp with inferior malware protection imo so i'm anxious to get something better installed.

Trying to install Eset Smart Security 4 Trial version. But the user id & pw dont seem to work.

Get an error link. Can someone help pls. I'm migrating from a competitor AV app & need to get this working quickly. Will try out before buying a paid version. tx.

At the top of the trial download page is a notice that you must uninstall your existing antivirus. Have you done that?
