Default Component Update - Remote Console

How can I tell that workstations have done the install and restart required for the component upgrade to 2.070.32?

I was hoping to be able to see it in Remote Console but don't see how I can.

Thanks, Bill

Hi billgraf, welcome to Wilders.

The Event Log in RA would show the status that the clients need to be rebooted.

Cheers

Thank you.

Is there a way to just find the ones that still need to be rebooted?

Seems like there should be a column in the Client Tab of the console that shows build number just like it shows version number.

You can do this via scripting. That's what I do at my site. Look to see if the file _od32krn.e00 is in the NOD install directory. If so, then the engine is waiting for a reboot. Probably a better way to do it, but it works for me.

That worked for me. I did find one machine that still needed to be rebooted.

Thanks, Bill

Glad to hear that it worked out for you.
