Default 12 does not see array

loaded 32bit drivers even. array is 2x vertex 4 ssds on intel x79 sataIII ports. any ideas? i wanted to image array os/apps to single ssd to us as backup.

You are going to need to give more information with this issue, are you not seeing the array within the recovery media? Which Paragon product are you currently using? Are you not seeing the array properly within Windows? If you are using recovery media, Which one is being used? (Linux or WinPE)

Sometime I have had to assign a drive letter. Paragon seems to lose them at times.
