Default BSOD ESS with minidump

A new OS installed ESS is now facing BSOD. At first I thought it is a problem caused by another software, but they reply to me that the problem was caused by epfw.sys.

How can I solve it?

What version of ESS are you using? Have you tried the following KB Articles?

Microsoft security update (KB2286198) for Windows 7/Server 2008/Vista hangs or causes a BSOD on restart

Hello,

the BSOD (VISTA_DRIVER_FAULT) was caused by epfw.sys

Could you please try this:

The crash occurred in 360Tray.exe which is likely a product of IObit or malware. Are you aware of having it installed? If so, does upgrading it to the latest version make a difference?

Hello, you can download that 360 here "http://down.360safe.com/setup_8.7.0.2001a.exe". I am pretty sure that the computer was not infected by any malware.

And I believe the conclusion of the fifth floor here, because his conclusion is the same with the 360 technical support's conclusion.
Will you please report it to the developer of ESS?

In order to analyze the issue, we'll need you to configure Windows to generate kernel or memory dumps, reproduce BSOD and supply the memory dump to ESET.
