I have a problem with Acronis True Image Enterprise 8.0 - Latest Build #1213:
although it is stated in documentation and option is shown in boot media, I cannot view and use from a Client booted from boot media a Tape Drive (which has an image I created directly on a Tape) located in a Storage Server which has installed True Image Enterprise Server. However if I boot new version 9.1 I see and access correctly the Storage Server stated above. The network configuration I checked over and over and is correct, and all devices appear to be rightly detected. Something is amiss or I need some patch ? I tried to check FAQ, Forum and Internet but found nothing. Anyone can help ? Thx |

Could you please create Acronis Report and Linux system information (sysinfo.txt) when booted from bootable CD of Acronis True Image 8.0 Enterprise Server for Windows as it is described in Acronis Help Post. After that submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread.
