Default "Virtual" Backup problem

Hello everyone,

I've inherited the duties of an old IT contractor who had installed Paragon Hard Disk Manager Server 2010 on our org's server sometime in the past. It's up to me now to setup the backup tasks, but I'm having a bit of trouble.

I have successfully scheduled 3 separate backups to run throughout the week, and they all save to a (mapped) network drive hooked to another computer on the domain. The problem I have is that the backups seem to run, but when I look at the log files, they are only running virtually, the changes are not committed.

How to I make the changes commit every time it backs up?

Thanks!

-Desperate Gabe
