The issue is being investigated, another support ticket would give ESET more data in order to expedite fixing or clarifying the problem.

Looking at old 4.2 installers, the information about the real-time protection module didn't show up with them either. We'll see if some additional files can be embeddedd into installers in order for this information to appear in the About window.

Neither one, this module has never appeared in the About window before (including v4). We'll see what we can do about it in future versions.

I have it in my About window (4.2.71.2). Always have. Windows 7 64-bit.

I've just checked it. Real-time file system protection module (v1006(20110921)) is in my ESS About section with the latest signature update today.
BTW, I'm running ESS v4.2.64.12 on Windows 7 32 bit.

I reinstalled Windows and am still having the same issue.
