Default how to remove inherited permissions

I'm seeing an inherited permission for some software I just installed. The user that has the permissions is "INTERACTIVE". How can I get rid of this user, or at least turn off all its permissions? W7

Assume for the purposes of my question that it can be any software. It's a generic question.

I looked at your link, and the interactive user does not sound like something I want. I don't completely understand it. Maybe that's because they don't want me to understand it. In any case, my question regarding getting rid of this user still stands.
