Default Tips for an SSD user?

I have an SSD where I have installed Win 7 Professional x64 bit

I have never done any tweaks other than disable the automatic defragmentation

Are there any particular tweaks in the OS that I must do?

please advice

Then you are done. No reason to do anything else. Most of the tweaks people recommend slow things down.
