Anyway, BolehVPN accepts Liberty Reserve. You can open a LR account using pseudonymous credentials, and fund it via Bitcoins. For example, you could use BitInstant ( -https://www.bitinstant.com/ ) to get Bitcoins with cash, and then anonymize them through a couple accounts using BitLaundry ( -http://app.bitlaundry.com/ ). Then you could exchange Bitcoins for LR dollars using WM-center ( -http://www.wm-center.com/ ). You'll need three pseudonymous email addresses (for LR, WM-center and BolehVPN).

If it's your primary VPN, just pay by credit card via PayPal. After all, primary VPNs see your real IP address, so hiding your identity from them is rathger pointless.

I wasn't even aware they accepted cash payments I guess if they were they will be considering dropping the option now they are losing money on incidents like this.

i requested for their address and see if my cash reaches them.

i guess it is beyond control for any other online shops as well.

We do however accept cash bankins if you're in Malaysia which can be done from an ATM machine. that's why we say we accept cash
