Have used it for several years now with no issues whatsoever.Much much safer than programs like system mechanic.Only issue i ever had was that when the new model year came out,webroot quarantined it and upon investigation it was a fp.Best program of it's kind i have ever used

System Mechanic is a very unsafe program to use as are most of these "optimising" tools and gadgets.Ive seen enough bad reviews to convince me that these programs are not needed at all.
I only use ccleaner and the windows built in disk cleaner plus a defragging of my hard drive and this seems to work just nicely. Regards.
